- Currently, my first puppy, Runza, is a retired guide dog in Iowa. My second puppy, Ellsworth (Ellie), was released for lack of confidence. My third puppy should be here sometime in mid November. KSDS trains labrador retrievers and golden retrievers to be guide, service and social dogs. It was the first organization in the United States to train guide and service dogs in the same facility. KSDS is a fully accredited member in good standing with Assistance Dogs International. Check out KSDS.org to find out more.
