Ellie likes to sleep in a way that looks incredibly awkward. The PR who raised her aunt Marriott called this pose the Pterodactyl. Apparently, it was a favorite sleeping position of Marriott. It just looks so painful! I was really proud of myself for getting the camera out and taking a photo without her jumping up wanting to follow me.

oh man! Eola lays like that every chance she gets! I have a couple pictures of her like that and you're right it doesn't look comfortable at all!
Cricket gets in what looks so uncomfortable poses too. At first, I tried to help her out and get comfortable and then soon realized she liked it!
One of my Change of Career dogs does that! I always think it has to be uncomfortable, but I guess I am wrong. Must be a Lab thing!

ouch! I don't think Rufus has slept like that, but he does have some odd sleeping positions.
